There are so many factors with this I can’t begin to tell you, So let’s take it down to the basics. Large house or small house? Winter or summer? Rain and mud or snow and frost. Sickness or healthy? All materials in stock? Is the bank slow in paying. If any one is willing to give you a move in date, it must be questioned. I will promise you one thing. We will be there every day working and the closer we get to the end the easier I can nail down a good date and still keep the quality high. At this point in time things can really start to slide.
