If during the project there are changes to made, it is an easy process to do the paperwork. The change to be made will be stated and the amount extra or to be credited is determined. Then the final amount due at the end of the contract will change. Both parties agree and sign. This is called a change of work order and it is a common thing. Both parties agree the moneys must be in place to take care of it at the end of the contract.
