My first priority in my job is to give you the highest quality product. Second is to let you know where your money is going. When we come to an agreement on specifications then I will give to you and your bank a sworn statement which will show you where your money is going.

Here’s an example: Lets say it’s time for a draw of money. I will give you a list of how much you have paid, what the current request is for, and the pay off. It will be broken down on a simple form you can easily understand and itemized to the present point of each job in relationship to start or completion (0-100 %). So if the plumbing is half-way done, then we will request 50% of the total contract cost for the plumbing and etc. This will also be done with the Title Office and your bank.
