So, you have come to the point in your life where you want a new home. Great!
This is an important step to take . It is probably one of the biggest in your life. Do you have your own plans or do you have a plan you want to alter? Are you looking for plans, or do you want to start from scratch.

We have done all of the above. In Michigan, if your house is below 3200 square feet of living space we can use your own plan. If it is larger, I have a great engineer we can work with. After that, the sky is the limit. I have been designing and building custom homes bringing my customers dreams to life for years. Most often I will walk your lot with you, help you choose the best spot to place the house and then take your ideas, put them on paper, and build it.
